Spoutwells Holiday Homes

Overview

Set on a small working farm and handy for the town of Stranraer and its useful transport links, Spoutwells Holiday Homes offer magnificent self-catering accommodation in a well designed barn conversion. The Stables and The Hayloft are available all year and sleep four people each including small children who are more than welcome with cots and highchairs available for use. The carefully designed interiors include all modern conveniences such as colour TV, DVD player, washing machine and dryer, electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Each cottage boasts an open plan lounge and dining room, and a kitchen in addition to a double and twin bedroom, shower room, off-road parking and a shared lawn with garden furniture.

Dumfries & Galloway is famous for its outstanding range of golf courses and if you aren't looking to travel too far, there are four courses just a short distance from Spoutwells. The 300 acres of magnificent Galloway Forest is also practically on your doorstep, which is popular with visitors for walking, cycling, wildlife spotting and horse riding. After the day's activities, sit back and take in the stars as the forest also offers some of the best stargazing in Europe, as it was designated a Dark Sky Park.
