Each year we enjoy welcoming visitors from around the world who come to experience for themselves the magical,dramatic beauty of Oban and the Argyll coast, the ancient seat of the Kings of Scotland which is not only steeped in history, beautiful scenery and great culinary delights, but has liesure pursuits and entertainment to suit all tastes.
St Anne's is a Victorian town house built in 1880, and has large airy rooms which retain many of the original Victorian features. St. Annes is very close to the Town Centre and many local amenities are close by.Open all year round.
All rooms have tea and coffee welcome trays, colour TVs and FREE WIFI access.

Many of Oban's local amenities are close by and within easy walking distance including leisure centre, tennis courts, McCaig's tower, the cinema and town centre. We are also conveniently situated for buses, trains and ferries. Parking is available in a pay and display car park at the end of the road which is free between 6pm and 9am.

Some rooms are standard, with shared facilities. The small family/twin rooms both have a private bathroom.
Families are most welcome and we can provide folding beds, guest beds or a cot to accommodate the whole family.

A hospitality tray is provided with a variety of teas, coffees,and biscuits. Fresh milk is available on request. Each room is furnished with a flat screen television. Hair dryer and Ironing facilities are also available on request. FREE WIFI internet access is available to guests in every room.
Off season, we serve a continental breakfast only. From Easter to October you also have the choice of
a full Scottish Breakfast, served in our bright and spacious dining room, together with choice of cereals, fruit juices, toast, jam and marmalade, and tea or coffee.

Our walled garden is available to guests and you are welcome to relax in the grounds during their stay.

St. Annes is very centrally located with the benefit of being only 2 minutes walking distance from the town centre with its varied choice of restaurants bars and shops. The ferry terminal and train station are also located in the town making St.Annes an ideal base to stay and perhaps explore the isles including Mull, Iona and Staffa or visit one of the many nearby places of interest.
