St Blanes is situated on Drymen Road which is the main street in Balloch and we are only a few minutes from the 'Bonnie Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond' Please telephone (01389) 729661 or Email stblanes@tiscali.co.uk for prompt booking.

This is an ideal base for your break in Loch Lomond National Park, where you can reach places of interest, in around one hour. For example, the Trossachs, Stirling Castle, Inverary, Distilleries to name but a few. You can also visit the islands on Loch Lomond or if you are feeling energetic, climb Ben Lomond!

Glasgow is just a train journey away from Balloch Station and is a great day out. If you need help with your itinerary we can assist you - just ask.

Our upstairs rooms have a sitting room - ideal for families. Downstairs there is also a comfortable television lounge.

Need accommodation if attending a wedding in one of the local hotels? why not stay here. You can come and go as you please as you are given your own key.

Bikers are welcome and your bike can be secured in our garage.

Whether travelling by car or public transport St Blanes is only a few minutes walk from bus and rail stations. We also have private parking for your car.

Village Location - We are situated at the quiet end of the main street in Balloch. Main amenities a few minutes walk. There is a train to Glasgow every thirty minutes.

From the nearest information centre:- From Balloch TIC: 250 meters from TIC on main street, fifth house past Balloch Park gates.

Getting there by railway:- From Queen Street Station, Glasgow: Train to Balloch Station. Exit onto main street and head over river bridge to Balloch Park gates. St Blanes is the fifth house past park gates on main street.

Getting there by aeroplane:- From Glasgow Airport: take M8 to Erskine Bridge then A82 west of Glasgow. Take Balloch exit to village main street. St Blanes is the fifth house east Balloch Park gates on main street.
