St Clement's Croft

Stylish Self Catering Holiday Home
Set in the picturesque village of Rodel on the Island of Harris.

This recently refurbished comfortable bungalow is ideal for a peaceful island retreat. It is
located beside the historic St. Clement's Church and has outstanding views of hills, glen and sea. St Clement's Croft offers an excellent base to explore the Outer Hebrides or enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The surrounding area is very fertile and provides a good starting point for cycling, hill walking or leisurely walks. From St Clement's Croft you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of Mount Roneval, where Golden Eagles can be seen; wildlife in its natural habitat; the village of Rodel and St Clement's Church. Within a few miles drive you can view the machair and beautiful beaches on the west side or explore the rocky coastal villages of the east side of Harris. Nearby is Scarista Golf Course.
Culturally, the Hebrides have a strong music and spoken Gaelic language tradition. Traditional Harris Tweed is still produced by local weavers in workshops around the island.
A selection of reading material about the islands of Harris and Lewis is available in the lounge. Also in the lounge is a TV with Freestat channels and radio. There is also an ipod docking station and a selection of board games.
St Clement's Croft is very private yet within easy reach of local shops, cafes and restaurants. The accommodation consists of a lounge enhanced with original Harris influenced artwork; large well-equipped modern fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining area, utility room (with washing machine), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed & 2 twin beds), bathroom with a walk in electric shower and additional WC. The bungalow accommodates a maximum of 6 people. Linen and towels are provided.
No smoking or pets at St Clement's croft.
