Two peaceful flats right on the side of Arthur's Seat, each sleeping four people. They are within only a few minutes walk of many festival venues (the nearest being The Pleasance) and the Royal Mile.

Two delightfully peaceful flats in a stunning setting right on the edge of Holyrood Park, with fabulous views to Arthur's Seat. These bright and comfortable properties (one balcony flat, one front door flat), each sleep 4 people.

Although it is right in the city centre and within minutes' walk of the Royal Mile and many Festival venues such as George Square and the Pleasance, this converted Victorian school is up a cobbled side street with no passing traffic.

A gate at the entrance to the private car park leads directly into Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat.

Waverley Station and Princes Street are approximately a mile away.

Our visitors enjoy the luxury of being able to stay in peaceful accommodation, while having all that Edinburgh has to offer right on the doorstep.

For children, the open spaces in Holyrood Park offer lots of scope. The newly refurbished Commonwealth Pool is five minutes' walk away and at the corner of The Meadows, there is an excellent and extensive play park.

The flats have 2 bedrooms each with either a double or king sized bed in one and twin beds in the other. Both flats have recently had new bathrooms fitted. The flats are bookable individually or as a pair.

Each flat has: a well-equipped kitchen; spacious living room, with separate dining area; newly refurbished bathroom; double bedroom; twin bedroom. A high chair and travel cot are available on request.

The former school playground is now a private garden and car park. The private parking (which can be used by guests), is a great rarity in the city centre.

Central city attractions, along with supermarkets and a host of other facilities, are all within easy walking distance. Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat are accessible through a gate at the garden entrance.
