    In a quiet setting, this cottage features two spacious roof top balconies and a wood burning stove.     Accommodation:

    Ground Floor: Living Room (19ft) with sofa bed and new wood burning stove, kitchen/dining room, cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. small garden. Own front and back door. Private parking.

    First Floor: Large (18ft) bedroom with coombed ceilings, king size bed, two single beds, cot available. Bedroom opens out through two glazed doors to two spacious balconies with table and chairs. Bathroom with sunken bath, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail and shower over bath.

    Gas central heating & hot water. Initial supply of logs included. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher  washing machine.

    Children welcome, no-smoking, no pets.

    Saturday entry shorter stays available during low season.

    Prices: low season £60 per night or £350 per week.Mid season £70 per night or £400 per week.High season £80 per night or £500 per week.

    Price includes gas and electricity, Initial supply of logs, bed linen, towels and toiletries.

    Terms: non refundable deposit £100. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

    Road Directions

    Follow the signs for the city centre and cross the Ness bridge on the A82 west towards Fort William. At the traffic lights on the Bridge, turn left into Ness walk and Ardross st. Pass the cathedral on your left, turn first right into Kenneth Street and first right into Ardross Place. First left in to Mary Ann Court. Parking can be at the front or back of the house.

    From the nearest information centre:- Walking- follow street signposts to St Andrews Cathedral across the Ness Bridge. Turn left into Ness Walk. Opposite the Cathedral entrance cross into Alexander Place. First left and first right into Mary Ann Court. Number 8 is at the end of the courtyard.

    Getting there by railway:- From the airpor tbus stop follow directions as above.
