Number Three is a trim little white-painted mews apartment for two in a quiet courtyard with private parking.
Located in the city's vibrant Stockbridge area and within easy reach of Edinburgh's World Heritage site, it's perfect for a city break for a couple, or makes an excellent base for a business trip. Flexible start dates and short breaks available Stockbridge is a popular area of the city, with many interesting independent shops, restaurants, and cafes. The Royal Botanic Garden is about 10 minutes walk, while a short bus ride or 15 minute walk through cobbled streets of the Georgian New Town brings you to all the world famous attractions of Edinburgh's city centre.
Number Three has full gas-fired central heating, so it's snug at all seasons of the year. On the ground floor, there's a sunny and well-appointed kitchen with maple floors and a solid beech peninsular with two stools for casual dining. Also on the ground floor is a dressing room with hairdryer, iron and ample hanging and storage space. The adjacent modern, all-white shower room has Mira shower with tiled and glazed surround, a shaver point, heated towel rail, fluffy white towels and indulgent toiletries.
Upstairs is a light, white-painted studio hung with pictures and prints and carpeted in soft yellow. Two comfortable charcoal grey sofas make for cosy seating, with flatscreen TV, DVD and CD player. There's a pale wood table with two dining chairs, and a 4' 6" built-in bed with luxury sprung mattress and soft cotton bed linen.
To welcome you, we leave milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and Scottish shortbread.
Length of stay and start dates are flexible. The minimum stay is three nights, and there are discounts for stays of more than five nights. Prices include bedlinen, towels and heating. Entry is after 4 pm on the day of arrival, and check out is before 10am.
