Stonefolds Farm Cottages

Overview

Your hosts Shirley, Neil and family welcome you and are on site to make sure your stay is as relaxing as possible. Price includes linen, towels, heating and electric Three newly built cottages which are all on one level with ramped access. They have tarred access, ample parking and are surrounded by an enclosed garden. The cottages are built, equipped and furnished to a high standard. In the kitchens we try to supply everything you will need except food. We supply all the little things - salt, pepper, beverages, kitchen roll, tinfoil etc. To care for the enviroment both cottages are fitted with low energy lighting and appliances. Recycling is encouraged with the provision of bins. Families welcome, cot and highchair provided. All cottages have a supply of DVD's, books and games.
Rowan Cottage, built in 2009, is large and spacious with views over the surrounding countryside from every window. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms. 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and 1 with a large shower.. Kitchen/ dining room with dishwasher and electric range cooker. Flat screen TV in dining area. Seperate utilityroom with washing machine. Large lounge with leather suite, flat screen TV, DVD player. This cottage has is surrounded by an enclosed garden.

Stonefolds Cottage ( built 2003) has 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin. Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with flat screen TV, DVD and Video player. Small utility room with washing machine. A bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Stonefolds Bothy (built 2005) has 2 bedrooms a double and a single bedroom. Open plan kitchen/ dining/ lounge with flat screen TV and DVD player. It has a shower room with a large shower.
Stonefolds Cottage and Bothy share a large enclosed garden.
Stonefolds farm is a family run sheep and cattle farm. It has panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.The farm is home to a wide variety of birds and wildlife. Visitors are welcome to look round the farm.
Stonefolds is the ideal base for visiting the many attractions of the area. Numerous castles and historic monuments, malt whisky distilleries, beautiful countryside, coastal villages and interesting towns are within easy driving. Aberdeen airport and city are approx. 45 minutes drive away.
