This first floor apartment at Summerdale, Orphir is situated in a quiet location with splendid views of Waulkmill Bay towards Scapa Flow and also of the beautiful Kirbister Loch.
The RSPB reserve at Hobbister is just a short distance away. All providing an excellent retreat for a relaxing holiday.
Summerdale is just over six miles from Kirkwall and approximately twelve miles from Stromness. We accept Short Stay Bookings (minimum three nights) as well as weekly bookings. This very spacious accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds.
Large open plan kitchen, dining room/play area. The sitting room is comfortable and bright with beautiful views. It has modern bathroom facilities but with SHOWER ONLY.
The kitchen has fitted units and is complete with cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and all other accessories to provide you with a well equipped modern kitchen.
The apartment is electrically heated with air to air cenrtal heating. Electricity is included in the price.
Other facilities include all linen and towels, Satalite TV with free to air channels, DVD, CD/Radio, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, a cot and high chair if required.
We also provide our quests with washing up liquid, tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper. There will also be a pint of milk in the fridge.
