Tangley is a warm and friendly house set in lovely gardens overlooking Craigendarroch Hill. There are two rooms available - one twin and one double room both with en-suite shower rooms. Each room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, iPod docker, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities, local mineral water, leather reclining chair and footstool. Private off road parking.
It is within easy walking distance of Ballater village centre which offers a varied selection of excellent shops, art galleries and restaurants. You'll find plenty of country and riverside walks locally and within close proximity which give opportunity to see a variety of wild-life including deer and red squirrels. Many outdoor activities are also available nearby such as cycling, golf, fishing and skiing. Ballater is also surrounded by famous Whisky Distilleries. Balmoral Castle is just a short drive away.
Ballater is a great base for exploring the Cairngorms National Park, Deeside and the Highlands.
