• Eating Out Facilities within 2 miles - There are two Restaurants and a cafe within a short walking distance, 50 metres.
• Shop within 2 Miles / Mobile Shop - There are two convienence stores in the high street, 5 mins walk. Both open late into evening , approx 10.30pm
• Tea & Coffee Available - A Welcome try will be left with a small supply for arrival only.

• Linen Provided - Please note Linen for the main bed is usually supplied as for the Super Kingsize bed UNLESS a twin bed set up is REQUESTED. Also the linen for the Futon must be requested and will only be supplied when full occupancy is booked (No Extra Charge).
• Lounge - Please note that the Futon , when set up as bed may restrict area and therefore the maximum occupency, including children, is four

• Outdoor Drying Facility - A rotay drier is in the open space at the side /back of the bungalow
• Shower - Shower is over bath and not self contained.
• Telephone - LOCAL Anytime calls are permitted for your coveinience only. Emergency Servies at anytime
• Toilets - Please note that there is one toilet and it is in the bathroom.
• Towel Charge - Beach towels inccur a charge of £3 and must be requested at booking . All bathroom towels supplied . Not for use on Beach.
• Towels Provided - Towels will be provided for named occupants only. No charge. Please do not use them on the Beach. Beach towels can be provided at small charge (£3) Must be requested at booking.

Facilities

• Disabled Access - The Bungalow is all on one level accessable from street level with the exception of one step into the property (approx 5"). The doorways will accomodate a wheelchair width BUT there is limit space around the bedroom etc for use within the property.
• Internet Access - Wireless Broardband Internet . TV internet connection (wired) Printer supplied.
• No Smoking Permitted

Leisure Facilities

• DVD Player - DVD and Video player ( sorry no instructions ) Small collection of DVD's and Videos supplied
• Garden - There is a small fenced flower garden in front of Porch/Path and un fenced lawned garden to both sides of the bungalow which belongs to the property. There are two garden chairs and table and lounger stored in the small room/cupboard .
• Hi-Fi - Mini Hifi including CD player, Radio and cassette,can be connected to MP3 player
• Indoor Recreational Facilities - Games , Jigsaws, Books , Videos, DVD's are available along with a wide variety of local Ordnance survey maps, cycle and walking routes.
• Radio - Radio avaiable via TV (Digital), HI-Fi unit in lounge and Radio alarm clock in bedroom (only analoge)
• Television - 32" TV with Smart connection to internet and Freeview , i Player.
• WiFi - We can provide un limited wireless conection but request that this facility is not abused. Useage will be monitored.

Location

• City Location - Newport on Tay is only across the road bridge from the bustling city centre of Dundee with easy access by bus transport from outside the front door.
• Town Location - Newport on Tay is a Heritage town, however it resembles a large friendly village, peacefull and tranquill in the evenings.

Special Requirements

• Business Travellers - We welcome business travellers. However we do have a minimum three night rental charge (One week in the months of June July and August). There is NO extra charge for single occupancy.
• Disabled Citizens - The Bungalow is all on one level accessable from street level with the exception of one step into the property (approx 5"). The doorways will accomodate a wheelchair width BUT there is limit space around the bedroom etc for use within the property.
• No Pets Allowed - Unfortunately theer is no exception to this rule.
• Single Travellers - There is no extra charge for single occupancy. However there is no discount either, unless a discount is offered for the rental as a whole.

Transport

• Free Parking Off-Site/Street - There is a small car park approx 15 metres away and street parking may be available in the road .
• On Public Transport Route - There are two bus routes that pass , one into the City centre of Dundee to the bus station where many other connections can be made and the other to the town of St Andrews. Also nearby a coach service to Edinburgh.
• Parking - Please do not park in the DESIGNATED disabled parking bays.,as these are reservered at all times for there residents.

• Self Catering Holiday - Tay for two is a Self -Catering holiday rental. Apat form the welcome tea tray and condiments other provisions are not supplied with exeception to any Special welcome pack that may be on offer for booking period.
