Teeny's Cottage is an original stone walled cottage built in the 19th Century.
Completely refurbished in 2003 to an official 4 star rating, Teeny's Cottage is now a very comfortable base for your holiday on the beautiful Isle of Skye. The cottage is set in a quiet and peaceful location, well back from the road with ample private parking and outside seating and play area. Two bedrooms, one with a king size double bed, and two single beds in the second bedroom. A shower room with a luxurious and powerful pumped shower in a large double sized enclosure. The lounge has two couches with views of the sea, a Sony 26 inch LCD widescreen television with many free-view channels. A Blu-Ray DVD/CD player and free wireless broadband Internet access for your laptop. The dining room has beautiful views out to sea and the surrounding countryside. The modern fitted kitchen has a fridge, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. all the usual utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, plates and glasses are provided. There is also a herb tub for you to pick fresh herbs for your cooking. With oil fired central heating and double glazed windows, Teeny's Cottage will keep you cosy whatever time of year you choose your holiday. Situated twelve miles west of Portree, the capital of the Isle of Skye, you can spend all day exploring Skye's beautiful scenery and still gaze across Loch Snizort from the comfort of the cottage in the evenings. If you are going to, or returning from the Outer Hebrides, the ferry port of Uig is only a 30 minute drive away. Why not spend a week on Skye, another exploring the Outer Hebrides, and a third taking in the beautiful north west coast on the U.K. mainland; regular daily ferries connect all these locations.
