The Auld Hoose is 50 metres from the award-winning East Sands beach.
Glorious views in all directions include the beach, the harbour and pier and the old cathedral walls.
Situated in the harbour conservation area The Auld Hoose has a history dating back hundreds of years .It was in former times an inn which would have been frequented by seafarers from near and far.
Restored and renovated in the sixties to provide a modern and functional three bedroom house with some of the best views in St. Andrews.
The current owners have carried out significant upgrading in the last twelve months including redecorating internally and externally

If you feel like a swim indoors the East Sands leisure centre, with large pool and children's flume is only 7 minutes walk along the beach.
