an ideal base for your stay in the cairngorms and aviemore area , we are situated in the centre of the peacefull village of boat of garten ( the osprey village) and a short walk from the golf course, a couple of minutes from some beautiful forest walks and five minutes from the famous steam railway.
We are a five minute drive to the Osprey centre, ten minutes from Aviemore and fifteen minutes from Grantown on Spey, there is plenty to do and see within a short distance of us , such as skiing walking climbing, birdwhatching wildlife whiskey distillers golf, fishing shooting , castles and lochs watersports(canoeing, rafting etc,etc) wildlife park, reindeer , dog sleding,adventure park and plenty of sight seeing in and around the cairngorm national park. the list goes on.
