Golf courses are numerous, the nearest being the famous Rosemount course in Blairgowrie, with others at Dunkeld and Alyth. Angling is plentiful with something to please all kinds of fisherman.

Blairgowrie, 3 miles away, an attractive small town on the banks of the River Ericht offers good shopping, a variety of places to eat out and entertainment. Dunkeld, a scenic village, is 9 miles away and also offers good small shops and places to eat. Larger towns of Perth and Dundee are both within easy reach.

The cottage is ideal for family holidays or 2 couples sharing and short breaks are offered low season.
Accommodation comprises a large L-shaped lounge with open fire and dining area, 2 large bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, kitchen and separate cloakroom. The cottage is decorated to a high standard, is fully carpeted, double glazed and has night storage heaters. A starter pack of coal is provided and more can be purchased.
