We took over The Bridge Inn in 2010. We have extensively renovated this beautiful canalside location and have created a warm and cosy traditional bar, a bright waterside bistro, and four charming, individually appointed bedrooms.
We have worked hard alongside our Chef Ben Watson to create a modern Scottish pub menu, championing local producers as much as possible. We have worked with our gardener, Charlie, to develop our walled garden, just 400m along the canal, to produce as many of our own vegetables as posible. We have our own flock of sheep and our own herd of saddleback pigs.
