Luxury 3 bedroom static caravan on private site with magnificent sweeping views over loch and village of Gairloch.
The view from the caravan also takes in views of Staffin and The Cuillin Hills on the Isle of Skye on a clear day.
The caravan has electric heating, double glazing and a combi boiler for hot water and shower.
The spacious and comfortable lounge has a flat screen TV, Free Satt, recordable DVD player, I-pod docking station/radio/cd player, coal effect fire and internet connection.
The kitchen has full size gas cooker, fridge with ice box, microwave, toaster and kettle.
There is one double and two twin bedrooms. All bed linen, towels, dishtowels etc are included.
Gas is included but electricity is payable by £1 or £2 coins in meter.
For your peace of mind there are up-to-date gas safety and electricity safety certificates, smoke, heat and C02 alarms. All appliances are PATested.
There is a summerhouse next to the caravan where jackets, boots, cases etc can be left. It has a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, sink and ironing board and stores such things as deck chairs and barbeque. It also has a flat screen TV with PS3 where the children can play in peace.
Gairloch has increased tremendously in popularity with holidaymakers in recent years.
The area is reknowned for its majestic scenery and peaceful surroundings making it ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Wildlife is abundant. There are wonderful walks to enjoy and the bay is a comparatively safe environment for those who enjoy watersports.
Photographers and artists alike will find much inspiration in this delightful part of Wester Ross.
The world famous tropical garden centre at Inverewe is only 7 miles away and the Gairloch Heritage Museum is well worth a visit.
There are several clean sandy beaches nearby, boat trips, mountain biking, climbing, hillwalking, loch and sea fishing, pony trecking, argo off road trips, an excellent 9-hole golf course, indoor swimming pool at Poolewe as well as the many facilities such as a fitness suite, badminton, table tennis and climbing wall on offer at the Gairloch Leisure Centre.
