The kitchen is fully equipment and integrated with all the modern kitchen utensils and appliances, with a separate utility room which contains a washing machine/tumble dryer. The double bedroom overlooks the small courtyard garden and has fitted wardrobes and an additional storage cupboard. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers. The modern bathroom has white tiled walls and tiled floor. The bath benefits from a power shower over the bath and fitted shower screen.
