The property comprises one double bedroom with ensuite dressing room and shower-room; sitting room (with sofa bed) and including television and music centre; plentiful supply of cds and dvds to enjoy; minimalistic kitchen including fridge, small freezer, microwave, forman grill, and electronic egg boiler. The entrance hall has a seperate wc and a wet wall to hang coats.
Private parking and use of small garden area. Set in wonderful rural location ideal for walking, cycling and site seeing. The cottage is located close to the village of Broughton and the famous John Buchan Way and is a 20 minute walk from Biggar which boasts museums, art galleries, coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and a good selection of shops. Also on the doorstep is Tinto Hill, the Carmichael Estate and New Lanark.

No pets, except by prior arrangement.
