No smoking, linen/towels provided, heating included. Peaceful rural setting within small village. Self-contained flat to rear of Old Schoolhouse, Yarrowford. Excellent for walking/cycling. Bowhill and Philiphaugh estates on doorstep and St Mary's Loch a short drive away. A good base for exploring local Borders towns, Abbeys and country houses. Edinburgh just over an hour by car.
Accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms(each with shower room), kitchen and large lounge with dining area and 2 single bedsettees. TV and DVD in lounge. Fridge/freezer,microwave, washer/dryer and electric cooker(4 plates, grill and oven).
