There is free street parking. The property is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the promenade and long sandy beach, and is close to excellent local amenities. Historic Portobello has lots to offer including indoor swimming pool and fitness centre, spa and sauna, children's playgrounds, indoor bowls, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There is an excellent day/night bus service into the centre of Edinburgh, about 3 miles away.

There is a romantic sitting room with a gas fire, a newly fitted cottage style kitchen with dining area and also a large family bathroom, with bath and new seperate shower cubicle.
