The Glenholm Guest House

A warm Scottish welcome awaits you at our family run guest house and computer training centre.

Set on a working hill farm at the heart of Glenholm near Broughton (Biggar 8 miles, Peebles 12 miles) in the Borders region of Scotland, whether you require relaxing holiday accommodation, bed and breakfast for a couple of nights, computer training, or a peaceful meeting place away from the distractions of the office, the Glenholm Centre will have something to offer you.

The Glenholm Centre offers quality 3 star (Scottish Tourist Board) and 4 diamond (Automobile Association) guest house holiday accommodation for visitors to Scotland and in particular the Scottish Borders.

The Centre was completed as recently as July 1998 after four and a half months of building and conversion work. It was created from the original Glenholm school, which closed in 1943, and the adjacent school house. This school house has been converted to provide three comfortable rooms, two twin-bedded and one double. Its decoration blends Scotland with a hint of Africa reflecting the nine years that Neil and Fiona spent in Zambia. Indeed much of the furniture in the Centre was made in Zambia by a small company named Dzithandizeni.
