    Road Directions

    From the North and East - from Picardy Place take the Leith Street turn off. From Leith Street, turn left onto Calton Road. Take the second right onto Old Tolbooth Wynd, then the first right to the entrance of the Old Tolbooth Wynd courtyard development. Our townhouse is the first house on the left.

    From the South - you cannot turn right onto the Canongate from the South Bridge. Consequently, from South Bridge turn right onto West Richmond Street. Turn left onto The Pleasance. At the traffic lights on the Royal Mile turn left onto the Canongate. At the Old Tolbooth go through the narrow tunnel entrance to Old Tolbooth Wynd. Take the first on the left in order to access the entrance to the Old Tolbooth Wynd courtyard development. Our townhouse is the first house on the left.

    Public Transport Directions

    From the nearest information centre:- From the TIC turn left to Waverely Station. At the roundabout turn left onto Market/East Market Street. Further along this street, the road will split in two. Take the top road, Jeffrey Street. Turn left at Canongate. At the Old Tolbooth go through the narrow tunnel entrance to Old Tolbooth Wynd. Take the first on the left in order to access the entrance to the Old Tolbooth Wynd courtyard development. Our townhouse is the first house on the left.

    Getting there by railway:- By Foot from Waverley Railway Station - approximately 9 minutes

    1. Once you leave the station turn left onto Market/East Market Street.
    2. Further along this street, the road will split in two. Take the top road, Jeffrey Street.
    3. Turn left at Canongate
    4. At the Old Tolbooth go through the narrow tunnel entrance to Old Tolbooth Wynd. Take the first on the left in order to access the entrance to the Old Tolbooth Wynd courtyard development. Our townhouse is the first house on the left.

    Getting there by aeroplane:- Take the airport bus to Waverley Railway Station, Edinburgh. This is the last stop for the bus. From here a taxi can be taken or you can walk on foot - approximately 9 minutes - to our townhouse. Follow directions from the Railway Station, above.

    Alternatively, you can take service bus 35 from the Airport to the Canongate. There is a bus approximately every 20 mins. Get off the bus at Canongate Church. Look out for the Old Tolbooth. At the Old Tolbooth go through the narrow tunnel entrance to Old Tolbooth Wynd. Take the first on the left in order to access the entrance to the Old Tolbooth Wynd courtyard development. Our townhouse is the first house on the left.

    Getting there by ferry:- From the ferry make your way to the city centre, in the direction of Leith. From Picardy Place (the top of Leith Walk), take the Leith Street turn off. From Leith Street, turn left onto Calton Road. Take the second right onto Old Tolbooth Wynd, then the first right to the entrance of the Old Tolbooth Wynd courtyard development. Our townhouse is the first house on the left.
