The traditional granite house is close to the city centre, ideally situated for the Exhibition Centre, Aberdeen University, Sports Villaqe, Sea Beach Leisure Complex. The Family History Society is nearby as are all leisure pursuits.
The Jays Guest House provides en suite (8) and private facilities (2), private car park and complimentary WiFi internet connection.
