Our guests can enjoy the best of modern Scottish cuisine in our stylish restaurant or relax with a tempting cocktail or freshly ground coffee in our bar and lounge.

We are centrally located for all outdoor pursuits as well as trips to St. Andrews, Gleneagles, Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee.
The Kirklands Hotel has 9 bedrooms newly refurbished in 2010, each with en-suite facilities, free view television, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. There are a good mix of twin and double bedded rooms and a family apartment. The apartment comprises a double bedded room and a triple bedded room with shared livingroom, making it ideal for families or small groups.
Rates range from £45 per night for single occupancy, £75per night for double occupancy and £125 per night for the apartment all inclusive of full Scottish breakfast.

Our modern restaurant offers a dining experience based on high quality food, drink and service in stylish surroundings.

With free WIFI available our business guests can catch up on some work whilst enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the bar lounge.

Known as the gateway to the highlands Kinross-shire nestles around the shores of Loch Leven where Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned in 1567 on Castle Island.

Set amidst gently rolling hills it is the ideal location for hillwalking, golf, cycling, fishing, bird watching or just relaxing and enjoying the scenery. If you wanted to explore some more of Scotland, Kinross is ideally situated at Junction 6 on the M90 providing easy access for day trips to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth, St Andrews and Dundee.
