Welcome to the Larches Self Catering. In a lovely position in a small hamlet, amongst the farmlands of the Carse of Gowrie, this detached bungalow enjoys lovely open views. Recently refurbished to a high standard this impressive house is very generously proportioned and well appointed with lovely personal touches to offer excellent value. There are cultivated gardens with patio areas, garden furniture, barbecue, secure equipment storage and bikes/helments for guest's use (entirely at own risk.) All accommodation is ground floor.
2 double bedrooms both with king-size beds and televisions, one has an en-suite shower room, one has an en-suite wc and extensive sitting area with patio doors, 2 further double bedrooms (both with king-size beds), 1 twin bedroom, lounge with wood-burning stove and patio doors, sitting room, conservatory / dining room, large kitchen/dining room, utility room, family bathroom with bath and shower.
Cooking by electricity, oil-fired central heating plus open fire. Fridge x 2, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, SKY television, DVD, CD player. 2 cots and 2 high chairs. Bed linen and towels provided.
Within a few miles are the vibrant cities of Dundee and Perth ensuring guests enjoy the best of country, coast and city. All around are quiet lanes and trails for walking or biking and for golfers there is a huge range of courses nearby including Carnoustie and St Andrews. Longforgan 1 mile with shop, pub/hotel.
