This self-catering property comprises a large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine and dryer with ample seating for 6 people. A large living room with patio doors opening onto a lush beautifully planted patio area with seating. The master bedroom contains a king size sleigh bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a super king size bed which can be divided into two full size single beds. There is also a foldaway bed, travel cot and high chair available on request. There is a large fully equipped family bathroom comprising a bath and separate shower unit.
This is an extremely spacious, well equipped apartment. The Laurels has free Wi-Fi connection, flat screen TV, video/DVD player, I pod docking station and CD player. Age appropriate toys are available on request for children. The property has gas central heating.

On booking a 50% deposit will be taken, the remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking less than 6 weeks prior to arrival the full payment must be made at time of booking.
A good housekeeping deposit of £100 must be paid with balance due six weeks prior to booking, this will be refundable after cleaning on departure.
