The Lodge, Carfraemill is situated at the junction of the A68/A697. We are just 21 miles south of Edinburgh and 4 miles north of Lauder - the perfect meeting place for families , friends, and colleagues.

We have ten individually designed bedrooms with immaculate ensuite bathrooms all with internet access available - luxurious yet unpretentious, elegant yet informal offering the discriminating traveller the very best of Borders hospitality and a good night's rest.

We also have to offer a three night special break

 available all year round

• Our three night special offer is two night's dinner, bed and breakfast for £140 per person with third night accommodation and breakfast free when dinner is booked in our restaurant.
