Welcome to The Old Manor Self Catering Cottage.
The cottage is situated within the walled garden of the Old Manor B&B in the hamlet of Panbride on the outskirts of Carnoustie.
A short walk from the seashore and 5 minutes drive from the world famous Carnoustie Golf Links the cottage sits opposite the historic Panbride Kirk (church) on a sight that has held religious gatherings for over 800 years.
The cottage offers a comfortable let for 5/6 people with all the modern conveniences of Freeview television, DVD, Hi-Fi and free Wi-Fi internet access.
The bedrooms consist of one double room and a larger 'Family' bedroom normally fitted with a double and bunk beds. This arrangement can be altered to suit individual requirements to include cots etc.
The comfortable bathroom combines bath and shower for versatility.
A new conservatory adds another dimension to 'sea views' and leads onto the large landscaped garden that surrounds the property. The extensive lawns make the enclosed garden a wonderful safe play area for children. A summer house offers views over the River Tay to the famous Bell Rock lighthouse.
Heating, electric and gas is included in the price of the let as is bed linen and towels as required. A welcome tray that includes tea/coffee, milk, cakes & bread are is available on arrival. Residents enjoy private off street parking.
Outdoor activities ranging from horse riding, fishing ( pond, river or sea) or golfing on 30+ courses within Carnoustie Country are available.
Normally bookings run from Saturday/Saturday during the summer season but can be altered to suit during quieter periods.
