The Orchard

Overview

King's College, St Machar's Cathedral and Seaton park are just a short walk, while Aberdeen beach with its miles of golden sands, funfair, cafes, multiplex cinema, etc. are 15 minutes away.

For golfers, two championship courses are within two miles, and for shoppers, the main thoroughfare of Union Street and its shopping malls is 10 minutes by bus or car.

The dining kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The comfortable living room has wooden floors and leather seating. There is a combination TV/DVD and Freeview.

The double bedroom has built in shelving and wardrobes with mirror doors. The twin bedded room has built in hanging space and shelving. Both bedrooms are fully equipped with duvets, pillows and linen. Towels are also provided.

The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. The house is centrally heated and double glazed.

Outside there is a small front garden, and to the rear is a lovely private area with garden table and chairs.

There is ample off street parking.
