Overview

While large grounds provide a sense of seclusion, it is right in the heart of the atmospheric 16th Century conservation village of Kenmore with all its amenities and activities. Private beach, boat launch & fishing onto the River Tay. The property is a beautifully restored traditional highland cottage with private landscaped gardens that cascade gently down to the water's edge where you will find a private beach, boat launch & fishing onto the River Tay.

The house sleeps 8-10 and has 4 double bedrooms plus a snug with a double sofa bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and there is also a large family bathroom with bath and separate shower plus a shower room downstairs. The house is very well proportioned with generously sized bedrooms, a huge dining/kitchen which is the heart of the cottage and a spacious but cosy living room with log burner.
•En-suite master bedroom with Queen-size bed and balcony overlooking the loch. 3 further double bedrooms and snug room with sofa bed.
•30ft lounge with French doors onto patio/dining area with views onto the loch.
•35ft kitchen/diner with 2-oven electric Aga and 16ft solid oak banquet kitchen table which seats 10.
•High chair, pushchair, travel cot, fixed/permanent cot, and child's put up bed available.
•TV and DVD player in lounge and snug.
•Wireless internet access.
•Garden furniture to seat 10 and barbeque.
•Bed linen and towels provided and all utilities included in rent.
•Complimentary Arran Aromatics toiletries.
•Two fridges, freezer, microwave, electric Aga, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.

Located in the conservation village of Kenmore, on the shore of Loch Tay, The Orphanage benefits from a wealth of activities and attractions on the door step.
