A five bedroomed family run guest house that is opulent and a very friendly affair. We cater from business, to family or tourists alike. Free wi-fi throughout and ample free on site car parking. We are the perfect base for taking in Rosslyn Chapel, with a wide range of golf courses close by with the options of borrowing clubs from us. All Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with ensuite including crisp linen, fluffy towels, tea/coffee making facilities, toiletries and ironing facilities. Walkers and wildlife-lovers can explore the surrounding coast and courtyside of East, West and Midlothian- perfect for beach walks in Gullane or Yellowcraigs, with great walks along the Pentland Hills and country parks to explore like Vogrie and Dalkeith. 31 Lothian Bus stop right outside the hote which takes 30 minutes to the city centre. We are ideally located for Dalhousie, Meville, Oxenfoord and Crighton Castles. We look forward to welcoming you to our small guest house we are sure you will find it the ideal base for the delights of nearby Edinburgh.
