Modern detached house situated in rural location in Aldclune, Killiecrankie in the heart of Highland Perthshire near the Pass of Killiecrankie (known for "Soldier's Leap). New for 2013 - private hot tub £50 extra per week
The property benefits from its own garden and parking and is in the ideal situation for walking, golfing, cycling, white water rafting and fishing.
Only 5 miles from tourist town of Pitlochry.
The accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
Oil central heating throughout.
Private off road parking beside house.
Private garden.
Changeover day is Saturday for complete weeks

Large lounge with leather suite, widescreen TV, video recorder/DVD player and open fire, Fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining room including fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, Kingsize bedroom with washbasin, twin bedroom with washbasin, small conservatory, bathroom including shower over bath, small WC room with washbasin.
Upstairs:
A Twin Room and a shower room.
Air Hockey Room.
All linen and towels provided free of charge
cot and highchair available on request
Barbeque Hut (no charcoal supplied)
New for 2013 Hot Tub for your own private use within a wooden shed for extra privacy. £50 extra per week.
