The Russell Hotel, a Victorian theme terraced town house, is situated on the Scores, overlooking St Andrews Bay.
Only two minutes walk from the first tee of the world famous 'Old Course' and yet, just as convenient for the town centre and the centuries old University. Personally run under the supervision of resident owners Gordon and Fiona de Vries.
The Victorian Lounge bar ambient to the period has a welcoming open fire and enjoys a relaxed and informal atmosphere serving a wide range of fine ales, beers, wines and an extensive 'Malt Shop'.
St Andrews, 'The Home of Golf', offers golf twelve months of the year. There are twenty course within a twelve mile radius and it is also convenient for courses at GlenEagles, Carnoustie and Rosemount.
Ideally situated for golfers and non-golfers alike our hotel is only minutes from the historic sites of St Andrews and the nearby picturesque East Neuk villages and many coastal walks.

We offer Group Golf Breaks from 4 - 22 persons.. Old Course tee-times may be available as part of a golf package. Fife offers a fine selection of wonderful courses .
