Overview
We care for the individual and will do our best to make your stay so good you'll keep coming back. Twynholm is a small village and is well situated for beach holidays as well as Walking, Cycling, Fishing, Golf, Shooting and sightseeing. The accommodation is on the ground floor and each room is tastefully furnished with Coffee/Tea making facilities, hairdryer, ironing facilities and TV. From July 09 each room will have satellite TV.The two double rooms are spacious enough to be made into family rooms on request.
We have a Village bar where dogs are welcome and meals can be served in here also. The lounge bar is a quieter bar where you can have a chat or a meal. This bar is also used for weddings, parties, meetings and entertainment.
We provide a traditional menu with plenty of succulent dishes for you to choose from. Most of the food is purchased locally and prepared in our own kitchen, made fresh to your requirements. We have 'real chips' on the menu as well as homemade pies and desserts.
During the summer season we are open for Morning Coffee, Lunches, Afternoon Tea, High Tea and Evening Meals
When the weather permits we have a large beer garden where you relax and enjoy yourself.
There is plenty to see and do in Dumfries and Galloway so come along and see our beautiful beaches and countryside.
