The Wee Barn

Overview

For the fly fishing and golf enthusiast we also have on our door step the famous Loch Insch Trout Fishery open from 8am to dark every day of the week, and the popular Insch Village 18 hole golf course which is only a 5 minute drive away. This beautifully converted barn has all the facilities you would expect from a 4 star graded self catering holiday cottage. The accommodation comprises of 2 spacious double bedrooms, one with en-suite, a large separate shower room and an open plan living and kitchen space, all which has been tastefully furnished and also equipped with modern appliances to include dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, SKY TV/DVD and much more. The wee barn has its own enclosed garden with patio& BBQ furniture and a large grassed paddock area to safely walk pets. Additionally there is ample parking and a secure lock-up for rods, clubs, and bikes.

The unit will be serviced on a weekly basis and all linen and towels are provided, We also offer a welcome hamper providing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter and cereal all included in the price.

The Wee Barn is conveniently situated on a regular bus route to either Inverness (2 hrs) or Aberdeen (1hr) stopping at many towns and villages on the way which include the market towns of Huntly and Inverurie. There is also a main line rail-head in Insch village which again travels to Inverness, Aberdeen and beyond.
