Overview

Located within a few minutes walk of the pier, ferry terminal, local shops and other amenities including the bowling green, tennis courts, leisure facilities at the Auchrannie, Brodick's 18 hole golf course, as well as, boating facilities in the Bay.

Often referred to as 'Scotland in Miniature', the Isle of Arran encapsulates the beauty of Scotland as a whole, from impressive mountains to sandy beaches. Choose from seven golf courses, fishing, hill walking, mountain biking, nature watching, with seals, deer, highland cattle and eagles to be readily seen. Or enjoy the ancient Bronze Age Machrie Standing Stone Circles, Brodick Castle run by The National Trust for Scotland and the heritage museum or Lochranza distillery for a wee nip of whisky! All accommodation is on one level consisting of:

Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, ceramic hob, double oven, extractor fan, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave and washing machine. (Tumble drying facilities available at Auchrannie Road.)

3 Double Bedrooms = 1 Double and 1 Twin to the rear of the property with stunning views over Brodick Bay and Goatfell and a further Double to the front of the property.

Comfortable lounge with electric fire, TV, DVD Player, Playstation2, a selection of DVD's, Games, Radio and CD Player. A large picture window with superb views across Brodick Bay and Goatfell, Dining area to the front with window overlooking the garden.

Family bathroom with W.C. handbasin, electric shower unit and heated towel rail.

Additional cloakroom W.C and hand basin

Back garden with patio area, garden furniture, washing line and stunning views over Brodick Bay and Goatfell.

The Willows also has a single garage, as well as, off road parking for one car.

Heating is by electric storage heaters with additional individual units in each room, electricity is included in the rental price.

Children welcome - please note approx 2ft drop from patio to garden - care should be taken at all times and is the parent/guardians responsibility to supervise children.

Please note the approach to the Bungalow is uphill and may not be suitable for elderly or infirm guests; however once at the property everything you need is on one level.
