The Yards B&B

The Yards: a detached property standing in 1 acre of mature gardens in the village of Kingsbarns, close to the famous links course and 6 miles from St Andrews.

It is ideal for golfers, walkers or those wishing to explore ST Andrews and/or the East Neuk of Fife. This B & B Accommodation comprises one double room and one twin room purpose built for guests, with sitting room. Standing in the centre of Kingsbarns, this delightful and quiet B & B has spacious, airy rooms; one double and one twin room. Toilet and shower facilities are shared between the two rooms. Guests also have the use of a sitting room and dining area overlooking part of the gardens and are welcome to eat or simply relax outside when the weather permits. The accommodation is centrally heated and there are drying facilities for walkers and cyclists. Well-behaved pets are welcomed by prior arrangement. There is parking for 2-3 cars well off the road.

Full, continental and vegetarian breakfasts are available. Much of the food is grown in the garden or where possible sourced locally.

This B & B is ideally placed for the famous Kingsbarns links course and the St Andrews courses. It is a few minutes' walk from the picturesque sandy Kingsbarns beach and Cambo House and Gardens. In the village there is a pub and restaurant and those of Crail and St. Andrews are within easy reach. It is an ideal base from which to explore St Andrews and the East Neuk of Fife, including Kellie Castle and Hill of Tarvit. For those with more adventurous tastes it is a short drive to East Neuk Outdoors at Cellardyke, which offers scrambling, canoeing, archery, canoeing and cycling.
