Situated on the hill above the town enjoying sea views over the bay towards Mull, Thornloe B & B is a substantial Victorian house, 5 minutes walk from the town centre, yet in a quiet location.
The bed and breakfast accommodation comprises 7 fully en-suite bedrooms (of which 4 have sea views). Here at Thornloe we take pride in being environmentally friendly and, as such, are a silver member of the VisitScotland Green Tourism accreditation scheme.
Oban is located in an exceptionally beautiful part of Scotland and is an ideal base for visiting Mull, Iona, Staffa, Glencoe and the Western Isles.
Other activities in the area include golf, sailing, walking, visiting castles and gardens, horse-riding, whisky-tasting, munro-bagging....the list is endless.
Internet access is available for guests travelling with their own laptops/portable devices. All rooms have silent mini fridges and digital televisions with freeview. Satelitte channels are available in the conservatory/guest lounge.
