TIMBERTOPS is unique country cottage located down a peaceful wooded lane, set in an acre of secluded garden that is a haven for various bird life and Red squirrels you may even see the elusive badger or deer.
It is ideally situated for local amenities with Inverness, the Airport, and the local town of Nairn with its sandy beaches and golf courses only 20mins away.
Within easy driving distance you can visit the Historic sites of Cawdor & Brodie Castles, Fort George, Culloden Battlefield and Clava Cairns, tickle the taste buds at the local distilleries, play around of golf, just chill out on the beach, go Dolphin Watching, or try and find Nessie
Take a longer trip and why not explore the Cairngorm National Park or drive to the West Coast with its mountains and Islands
The cottage has been newly renovated with furniture and fittings and is double-glazed, has oil fired central heating and an electric fire in the lounge.
There is accommodation for up to seven people with 1 double, 1 king-size, 1 twin/king-sized and a single +z bed and cot . 2 shower rooms complete with wash hand basin & w/c one is a walk in shower, entrance hall with cloakroom w/c etc. There is a large light newly fitted kitchen/diner with Neff hob and oven, fridge /freezer, microwave etc, the washing machine is in a utility room off the kitchen. The lounge is equipped with TV Dvd s, Books & Board Games and from the French windows you can exit onto the patio (table & chairs provided
