Choose from the following cottages: The Woolstore (6 people, 3 bedrooms) - The Clipping Shed (4 people, 2 bedrooms) - The Byre (4 people, 2 bedrooms) - The Kennels (4 peope, 2 bedrooms).
In the heart of Perthshire and recently converted from old steadings, the properties offer a very high standard of self-catering accommodation, each cottage is individually designed and well equipped.
The cottages can be let individually or together for larger gatherings. Every property has its own patio with garden furniture and there is a communal play area for children.
If you are looking for a base for your holiday in the Blair Atholl area, whether you are walking, bicycling, fishing, deer-stalking or clay pigeon shooting, this accommodation is perfect.
There are also a number of annual events such as the Atholl Gathering or Highland Games at the end of May, the Blair Castle 3 day Event at the end of August and the Pitlochry Festival Theatre Season from April to October. The Lude estate is situated in the geographical centre of Scotland, with numerous tourist attractions nearby. Blair Castle spans 8 centuries and was the home of the Dukes of Atholl. There is a Museum, and a working flour mill and cafeteria in the village, takeaway fish and chip shop, post office, garage two shops, hairdresser and beautician.. Blair Atholl is the gateway to the Cairngorms National Park.
The House of Bruar - 4 miles North- High quality clothing, home products,art gallery and restaurant.
Killiecrankie Visitor Centre - Learn about local history and the Battle of Killiecrankie 1689 (a major event in the first Jacobite uprising).
Pitlochry - small town with Festival Theatre, also walking and cycling routes and the famous Dam and Fish ladder.
Dunkeld and Birnam - Cathedral, Thomas Telford Bridge and Beatrix Potter garden and Exhibition.

There are several golf courses nearby including, Blair Atholl, Pitlochry, Strathtay, Aberfeldy, Dalmunzie and Harburn .

Further South and East, there are many other historical attractions including Scone Palace, Glamis and Stirling Castles, and the site of the Battle of Bannockburn.
