    This recently refurbished three bedroom flat, situated in a listed building in Lerwick's historic old town, is the ideal base for your visit to Shetland. Superb views over Lerwick Harbour and Bressay.

    Spacious flat with 2 double rooms and a family room.
    The flat is situated on "da street" (Commercial Street), the flag-stoned street lined with a variety of different shops, restaurants and businesses. Our flat is on the second floor which provides excellent views over the small boat harbour and to Bressay.
    All resources required during your stay are within close proximity to the flat including all bus routes. The tourist office is only 400 metres away!

    The property has been refurbished extensively. There is a new fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. A new bathroom suite has also been fitted including a power shower over the bath.

    Free Parking is available off the Hillhead in "the old swimming pool" car park or after 6 pm there is free parking in Harrison Square. During the day there is metered parking available on Victoria Pier, this can also be used to park overnight however charges apply from 09:00 (apart from Sundays which are free).

    A selection of restaurants and takeaways are all within walking distance, in some instances less than 2 minutes walk. Options include a Bistro, Chinese, Italian pizzeria, Chip shop, baked tatties & several hotel restaurants / bars.

    From the nearest information centre:- From the Tourist Information Centre continue along Commercial Street (towards Halifax Bank of Scotland) until you come to the Hansel gift shop on the lower side of the street. Next to the Hansel is the Oxfam shop, in between is the doorway and stairs leading to our flat.

    Getting there by aeroplane:- From Sumburgh Airport take the A970 road north to Lerwick - 25 miles. Keep to the Town Centre - Harbour sign at the roundabouts continue into the harbour. During the day turn left into Harrison Square (Ian's chip shop) and unload, after 6pm you can turn into Commericial Street at the Market Cross. Continue along Commercial Street until you come to the Hansel gift shop on the lower side of the street. Next to the Hansel is the Oxfam shop, in between is the doorway and stairs leading to our flat.

    Getting there by ferry:- From the Northlink Ferry Terminal turn left, and take the town centre/ harbour signs. During the day continue along the Esplanade and turn into Harrison Square on your right just after the pedestrian crossing before the car park on Victoria Pier. After 6pm you can continue along the Esplanade and turn onto Commercial Street. Continue along Commercial Street until you come to the Hansel gift shop on the lower side of the street. Next to the Hansel is the Oxfam shop, in between is the doorway and stairs leading to our flat.
