Another area of outstanding beauty which should not be missed is Glen Nevis, situated at the foot of Ben Nevis. It is an ideal place for walking or picnicking. It has in recent years been used for filming Brave Heart (Mel Gibson) and Rob Roy (Liam Neeson).
