The Torridon Guest House is just an 8-minute walk to the heart of Inverness city centre and variety of fine restaurants & local pubs with Scottish live music; it is also located less than 5 minutes' walk from the banks of the River Ness, the Cathedral, and Eden Court Theatre. We offer comfortable all en-suite rooms, free on-site parking, and free Wi-Fi. A flat-screen TV with a DVD player, hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities are provided in all rooms. Ground floor room is also available. Hearty full Scottish breakfast is served in the breakfast room, along with continental options including a variety of fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, cheeses, and juices. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available. Inverness Rail & Bus Stations are a 12-minute walk away. Inverness golf club is less than 5 minutes’ drive from the guest house. Urquhart Castle on the banks of Loch Ness is just about 20-minute drive away.

Road Directions

From A9 follow A82 to INVERNESS into Longman Road to the next round about (Rose round about}, keep following A82 to the next round about {Shore round about}, follow to the next round about {Telford Round About}. Turn on the second left exit, which is Kenneth Street. Follow the road, and then turn to the second left, which is Greig Street.

Public Transport Directions

From the nearest information centre:- From the TIC follow the road down to the bridge (Ness Bridge). After Tesco turn right into Kenneth Street (A82) go 0.2 miles. The Guest House is on your left side of the road.

Getting there by railway:- Walking from the Bus/Train station onto Academy Street you then walk down Queensgate towards the River Ness and turn right to walk along the riverside on Bank Street until you come to the Greig Street foot Bridge (which doesn't appear on some maps?), walk across the bridge and onto Greig Street turn right onto Kenneth street and we are on the left hand side 60metres down. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Getting there by aeroplane:- Follow the sign to A96 towards INVERNESS. After arriving to INVERNESS, follow the sign towards TOWN CENTRE. Keep following into the town centre, which is ACADEMY STREET, follow the road to the round about {Shore round about}, turn first left follow to the next round about {Telford Round About}. Turn on the second left exit, which is Kenneth Street. Follow the road we are on the right hand side.
