CLOCK TOWER - The Tower view residences include the 19th Century Clock Tower, imaginatively converted to create an open plan lounge with feature arch window on the upper floor that commands magnificent views of the Kinnoull Hills famous Victoria Folly.

COACH HOUSE 1 - Ideal peaceful retreat for 2. Accommodation consists of a lounge, dining kitchen, bathroom with shower and 1 double bedroom.

COACH HOUSE 3 - Spacious luxury home ideal for families or larger party. Accommodation consists of a large modern fully fitted kitchen, spacious lounge and dinning area with feature living flame stone fireplace. Coach house 3 also has a private sun terrace with garden furniture to the rear.

COACH HOUSE 4 & 5 - Our creme de le creme luxury homes which have been specially adapted with the practically disabled in mind. COACH HOUSE 8 - The latest addition to our ever popular Coach Houses is the completely renovated and modernised No 8. Maintained to a high standard, No 8 has an abundance of character offering guests a real warm comfort from home.

The accommodation consists of a newly fitted dining kitchen, small lounge, bathroom and a master bedroom with ensuite. The upper level has 1 twin bedroom and a separate sitting area with a sofa bed, complete with portable TV & DVD.

Perth is renowned for the quality of restaurants, theatre, specialist shops, and scenic setting on the banks of the celebrated Salmon River, The Tay.
