Overview

Set in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, the Newtonmore area is a haven for wildlife and outdoors enthusiasts. Walking, mountain biking, ski-ing, fishing, golf, bird watching and water sports are available on the doorstep and there are a wide variety of visitor attractions nearby including the Highland Folk Museum, Highland Wildlife Park, Dalwhinnie Distillery, the Cairngorm Mountain Railway and Strathspey Steam Railway. Within Newtonmore itself, approximately 5 minutes walk away, there are good selection of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops.

The accommodation:

•Spacious open plan dining and family room with log burning stove, open fireplace, large table seating 10 and sofa bed (to provide extra flexibility with regards to sleeping arrangements).
•Sitting room with three comfy sofas, open fireplace and French doors leading to a patio.
•Kitchen and utility room fully fitted with the full range of appliances.
•Large bathroom with roll top bath.
•Large bedroom with king-size bed
•Sun lounge.

Upstairs:
•Two large double bedrooms with TVs.
•One large twin room.
•Room with cabin bed and small single bed, suitable for two children.
•Bathroom with rain mist shower and under-floor heating.

Outside
•Large enclosed garden containing many mature trees.
•Views to the Monadhliath Mountains.
•Paved area and large lawn.
•Parking for four cars.
