This lovely, newly refurbished holiday apartment is extremely well situated in the heart of the scenic coastal resort of Troon.
A short stroll takes you to the lovely beach and promenade, popular with kitesurfers, and the wide range of amenities includes shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The apartment is on the upper level of a small complex of six with private parking. The interior is tastefully finished, welcoming and cosy - ideal for couples.
A new marina has recently been completed in the town, this boasts a wonderful restaurant and plenty vantage points to sit and watch the boats and cruisers. There are good cycling routes around the town as well as lovely scenic coastal walks and the renowned Royal Troon Golf Course. This is an excellent base to explore the coast and South Ayrshire - day trips can include a short ferry ride to the Isle of Arran (Scotland in Miniature) or Glasgow is 40 minutes by train.
1 double bedroom with zip/link bed (can be superking or twin), lounge with dining area, small kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath. Cooking by gas, gas central heating. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, television, DVD / CD player.
Bed linen and towels provided.

A 25% deposit secures the booking. The balance is due by or before eight weeks of arrival.
