*Prices are per room and include full breakfast. In High Season we prefer a minimum of 2 night stays at weekends. For one night stays or single occupancy of double room we reserve the right to charge a supplement. This would be discussed at the time of booking. A deposit of £25 is taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable in the event of no show or cancellation within one week of stay if we are unable to re-let the room. Check-in is normally after 4pm and check-out 10.30am.
