FERN COTTAGE is a luxurious, well equipped holiday home set in its own large, landscaped private garden. A gravelled driveway leads to the property, which offers ample safe parking on site. The position and outlook of the cottage offers tranquillity and relaxation, with beautiful views into the garden and across to the mountains and Loch Broom.
This two bedroom cottage, one double and one twin (converting to kingsize if required) provides spacious accommodation for up to 4 people. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. Both bedrooms have en-suite bath/shower rooms, wc and wash hand basins. The cottage is double glazed throughout and warmed by Total control Electric Heating. Electricity is charged at cost and payable at the end of your stay.
L'AVVENTURA is a luxurious detached Highland Villa set in a large hillside garden with panoramic views of Loch Broom and the mountains beyond.
L'Avventura sleeps up to 8 people in 1 kingsize, 2 double and 1 twin bedroom. There are two en-suite shower rooms, a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. One double bedroom is also located on the ground floor.
L'Avventura is warmed via a multi fuel burning stove, supplementary electric boiler and also underfloor heating in bathrooms and kitchen /diner.
The house is very comfortably furnished with wall mounted TV's in the lounge, bedrooms and kitchen/diner. All electricity and solid fuel used are included in the rental price.
