Waterfront Cottage is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, offering superb views from its elevated position above Loch Broom, just outside Ullapool.
The Cottage has three en-suite bedrooms (one double, two twin), a split level Dining Room / Lounge (with open fire), a large well-equipped Dining Kitchen, a Utility area, and a Guest WC. There is double glazing throughout, Oil C/H via an automated Stanley Range (like an Aga), and ample private parking. Garage available for storage of bicycles etc. 8MB WIFI broadband in cottage. Cot, highchair and stairgates also available.
The Cottage has the best of both worlds : it is situated in a quiet, wooded location with beautiful mountain and sea views, yet is just a mile from the centre of Ullapool (which has a full range of facilities).
2013 : Saturday to Saturday weekly lets. 2014 onwards : Sunday to Sunday weekly lets. Off-season short breaks available.
Waterfront Cottage is a perfect base for touring, hill walking, cycling, bird watching, landscape photography and painting, golf, angling, and stress-free relaxation. The owner is a professional landscape photographer and offers tuition on location (at discounted rates for Waterfront Cottage residents).
Sorry, no smoking or pets inside the cottage.
Prices range from £445 - £725, and include provision of bed linen and towels.
